Freelap SA provides a limited international warranty for Freelap products.
Freelap SA warrants to the original end user/customer of a Freelap product that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, except for silicone or plastic straps, which are covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover normal battery wear or other normal use, damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow instructions; improper maintenance, commercial use, cracked, broken, or scratched cases/screens, textile straps, leather straps, elastic bands (e.g., heart rate chest straps), or Freelap apparel.
The warranty also does not cover any damage, losses, costs, or expenses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special, arising from or related to the product.
The warranty does not cover products purchased second-hand.
During the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced at any authorized Freelap Central Service Center, regardless of the country of purchase.
The warranty issued by Freelap SA does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable national or entity laws, nor the consumer’s rights against the seller arising from the sales contract.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
The warranty for any product is limited to countries where the product was originally placed on the market by Freelap SA.
