Shipping Area

Delivery is available throughout the entire territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Delivery is free for all orders over 200 BAM.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on the next business day after the order is placed (excluding weekends, holidays, and other non-working days). Orders may be held if we are unable to confirm your shipping address or if your billing information is flagged by our fraud detection system. Total d.o.o. is not responsible for any processing delays beyond our control.

Signature Confirmation – Total d.o.o. reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any shipment.

Order Changes / Cancellations (we cannot combine multiple orders)

We cannot cancel or change order details once the order has been sent to our warehouse. Orders are automatically transmitted to our warehouse every business day at 11:00 PM. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order details. Shipping and handling fees will be charged if you request cancellation after the order has been shipped.

Carrier Delivery Delays - Total d.o.o. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Damage Claims - If you suspect your products were damaged during transport, please try to refuse the shipment and immediately email us at info@freelap-adria.com . Do not remove any items and keep the packaging as received. If we file an insurance claim, we may ask you to provide photos of the damage. We will send a replacement unit as soon as possible. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Defective Product Claims - If you receive a product that you believe is defective, please contact our customer support team. We will help resolve the issue, arrange a replacement, and/or verify the product warranty for further assistance.

Returns

7-Day Care Return for Unopened Items

To accommodate Freelap gift recipients, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return any unopened item. The item must be undamaged and sealed in its original shipping packaging. Accessories are non-returnable.

You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any opened device unit. You are entitled to a refund if you change your mind; however, the product must not be used, and return shipping and handling costs are charged according to the courier’s price list.

After 7 Calendar Days from Delivery:

  • Damaged Returns – Up to a 50% restocking fee may apply if products are damaged/used or missing accessories/documents. The return sender is responsible for any transport damage due to improper packaging.
  • Commercial Restocking Fee – Opened commercial-grade items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Cleaning Fee – A 15% cleaning fee will be applied if products are returned dirty.

 

**Accessories are non-returnable.

Valid Purchases Only - We only accept returns for device units purchased directly from freelap-adria.com. Sales of parts and accessories are final and non-returnable. For Freelap products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original seller regarding their return policy.

How to Return an Item

Return Authorization – Please contact our team at info@freelap-adria.com and have your original order number ready. We do not offer free returns. The customer must cover return shipping costs for unwanted items.

Original Packaging – The item must be returned in the original shipping packaging and include all accessories and documentation.

Unauthorized Returns – Total d.o.o. will not accept returns without authorization and return shipping costs will be charged back to the customer. Total d.o.o. is not responsible for products lost or damaged if our return process is not followed.

Important – If Total d.o.o. issues a return authorization under specific conditions, the return must be shipped within 7 business days. Otherwise, a full refund may not be guaranteed.

Refunds

Return Approval Process – After receiving the return, our customer support team will inspect the product based on the requirements above and approve the refund.

Refund Processing – Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
